Introducing AquaMarin Synchro!
Aqua Marin Synchro, founded by parents of Synchronized Swimmers in 2010, is a 100% non-profit organization independent of any private club and is the only Synchronized swim team in Marin County. We offer a different swim team experience for girls ages 7 to 18 and a challenging swim experience for adults. For the age group swimmers, the season runs from September through early June though we swim "year round". Our coach is here to help the swimmers improve their skills and fitness. We are looking for well-rounded happy, healthy young people with the skills to succeed not only in Synchro, but more importantly in life! Synchronized Swimming is for those who love spending their water time upside down rather that back and forth doing laps. Swimmers develop strength, flexibility, artistic interpretation, timing, body awareness and confidence in individual and team competition. To introduce new swimmers to the sport, first practice is always free!

Novice: Swimmers who move into the Competitive Program start competition at the Novice level. They compete in meets held throughout the Bay Area.
Intermediate: Our Intermediate swimmers compete in all local intermediate meets and my travel to Invitational Intermediate competitions outside the Bay Area.

Masters is a developing program for adult swimmers who are trying it for the first time or have done Synchro before. It's about having fun, friendships, and healthy activity while learning new skills and working together. Team competes as Redwood Empire in National Competitions every October and earned the high point in 2022 and 2023. Saturday practices often at Sonoma High school or Petaluma Swim Center. Miwok practices on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. hopefully starting in March.
